Privacy policy

What this edition processes, what stays in your browser, and where third-party services are involved.

Publisher and scope

This policy covers Pediaa Tools at pediaa.app, published by timesrunaway. Contact contact@pediaa.app with a privacy question. It describes the current static edition of the site; external websites reached through source links follow their own policies.

Reading the website

You do not need an account to read the site. We do not operate a registration form, newsletter signup, public comments, payment form, or visitor profile. The site’s application code does not set cookies, use localStorage, or send calculator inputs to a server. Search filters use text already present on the tool directory or guide page.

Serving any website requires network communication. The hosting provider, content delivery network, and security services may receive your IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, referring page information, and connection or security details. Those services may keep access or security logs and may use security cookies if a challenge is required. This is separate from the site’s application code. We do not represent that all infrastructure logging is disabled.

Files, text, and calculator inputs

All tools run in your browser. Selected images and text files are read into page memory for local processing; our application does not upload them. Generated file downloads are stored where your browser saves downloads. Copying a result writes it to your device clipboard only when you press Copy. Image exports re-encode pixels and do not promise to preserve metadata or color profiles. Inputs and results are held in the current page’s memory; we do not intentionally transmit, save, sell, or share them. Reloading the page resets the application’s state, although a browser may restore form entries using its own features. Browser extensions and your device’s settings are outside our control. Do not enter confidential data when a made-up example will do.

Contact messages

If you email us, the receiving mailbox processes the address, message, attachments, and technical email metadata. We use that correspondence to understand and answer the inquiry, investigate a correction, or address a privacy or attribution request. Send only what is needed. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list or publish their messages automatically.

Email and infrastructure records may be handled by service providers that operate the mailbox or hosting. Records can be retained when necessary to address the request, maintain security, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. This static website does not configure or promise a fixed retention period for those providers. You may ask us about or request deletion of correspondence through the contact address.

Advertising and analytics in this edition

The current edition does not load AdSense ad-serving code, Google Analytics, other analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external fonts, social widgets, or third-party embedded media. The Google publisher meta tag and ads.txt entry identify the account for site verification and authorized-seller purposes; neither code element itself requests an ad or sets a browser cookie.

If Google advertising is activated later, this policy and the site’s consent controls must be updated to describe that actual configuration before it runs. Google and advertising partners may then use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, detect invalid traffic, and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising using visits to this and other sites.

Google explains these practices in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google account advertising choices are available through My Ad Center. These links are informational; they do not activate advertising on this site.

Cookies and consent

There is no application cookie banner in this edition because the site does not activate optional tracking or advertising cookies. A generic banner is not a replacement for an actual consent management platform. If advertising is added, consent requirements must be assessed for the regions served, including Google’s certified CMP requirements for applicable traffic in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. That control also affects other sites and may sign you out of them. See the cookie policy for the current site’s storage behavior.

External links and your choices

Source links open an external website only when you follow them. That site will receive the request and may process data under its own rules. We use a noreferrer link attribute for reference links to avoid sending a referrer through those links. We cannot control the destination’s tracking, cookies, or future content.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Contact us to discuss a request relating to this site or correspondence. We may need reasonable information to identify the relevant records, but please do not send sensitive identity documents in your first message.

Children, security, and changes

The material is general education and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us so the message can be addressed.

No network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending secrets or sensitive personal information. We will update this page when the website’s relevant data flows change; the date above identifies this policy edition.
